AWS described how OPLOG built a production business intelligence system using AI agents deployed on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. AWS said the system addresses fragmented data across tools including HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, and Databricks.
AWS said OPLOG built three agents operating independently using the Strands Agents SDK. AWS reported OPLOG used Claude Sonnet via Bedrock for inference and Bedrock Knowledge Bases for RAG.
AWS reported outcomes including a 35% reduction in sales cycles, a 91% improvement in CRM data completeness, and a 98% reduction in manual research time.
