CX Today reported Kore.ai launched an “Agent Platform” aimed at helping enterprises move from chatbots to coordinated multi-agent customer experience systems.
The article said Kore.ai highlights orchestration patterns including supervision, delegation, handoff, fan-out, escalation, and agent-to-agent federation.
CX Today also reported Kore.ai is leading with an Agent Blueprint Language described as a compiled declarative language for defining agents and workflows.
