The Futurum Group reported Workday introduced two AI-powered agents: Sana for IT Service Management and a Travel Agent. The report said they are designed to automate workflows across HR, finance, IT, and travel operations.
The Futurum Group said the agents inherit Workday’s identity, policy, approval, and audit frameworks. The report said this enables end-to-end automation without adding separate governance layers.
The report described capabilities including IT ticketing, equipment provisioning, access management, and travel planning and reconciliation.
